Blogging SEO Tip

Search Engines love Blogs.
Why??
The content is always fresh and new, with regular posting, categorised content and search engine friendly links and addresses.
Your business blog is the ideal place for Search Engines to find the type of content they love and with it you can rank very highly!

SEO TIP – The more incoming links you receive from different websites the better you will rank. This is because Google will see your blog as an authority on that topic, which is going to be really useful if you’re looking to be an ‘expert‘ in your genre. The easiest way to increase these incoming links is simply content … the better your content or the more interesting your article the more people will link to it.

Great tip. I find SEO very interesting and have done a fair bit of reading up on it. Must get off my butt and put some of it into action now.

Thanks for the tips, Joanne. One other great way you can increase the links to your blogs is to comment on other blogs. Of course, with the purpose of adding to the discussion and not just putting in your links.
In addition to being alb to put in a link to your blog, most blogs also have CommentLuv installed, which allows you to point to your latest or one of your blog posts. It’s a great way to give something back to someone who is commenting on your blog!
