Plan, Learn & Do

Plan – n: a detailed scheme, method, etc, for attaining an objective
Learn – v: to gain knowledge of (something) or acquire skill in (some art or practice)
Do – v: to perform or complete (a deed or action)

Having a mantra can be so therapeutic  this year mine is to Plan, Learn & Do. Like many small businesses, I am great at planning and learning, why that’s the easy part! It’s the doing which can cause an issue!!  So lets make 2012 the year we DO things.  Starting with an end goal and working through your MARTS targets to get there will all aid in driving and developing your business in 2012.  Sad as it is I am just as guilty as everyone else of  plodding along with a business and not pushing the boundaries or making myself work harder, achieve more.
