Step 4 – Associate, helpful actions over the past 24 hours

NOW: Step 5 – Be Aware, of BEAT (Body, Emotions, Actions & Thoughts)

Step 6 – Choose, the BEAT that you wish to have

FUTURE: Step 7 – Plan, how you wish to be & act in the next 24 hours

Step 8 – Be Grateful, think of all you have to be grateful for.
